PRIME Introduction – Refined in the Field

16 Years of Field Experience. One Proprietary Technology.

P.R.I.M.E. (Pulse-Resonant Impulse Method of Energy) is more than a product name. It represents more than 16 years of continuous technological development focused on one goal: extending the useful life of lead-acid batteries through regeneration.

Following the development of the ZEUS series from 2011 to 2013, REPOWERTEK introduced its first PRIME series in 2014. Since then, we have continuously refined the technology through real-world applications, empirical data, and feedback from industrial sites in more than 70 countries.

Conventional regeneration methods have often relied on high-voltage charging to equalize cells, creating excessive heat and thermal stress that can compromise battery performance and condition. PRIME was developed to overcome this fundamental limitation.

Now in its 5th generation, PRIME combines high-frequency pulse technology with proprietary control algorithms to deliver non-thermal battery regeneration without excessive heat or physical damage.

PRIME also enables a practical Golden Window approach to battery lifecycle management. When a battery bank reaches the appropriate regeneration point, a spare battery can be prepared and connected to the equipment first. The battery requiring regeneration can then be disconnected and regenerated separately with PRIME. Once regeneration is complete, it can be reconnected to the equipment. This approach minimizes operational interruption and can achieve ear-zero downtime.

Rather than waiting until a battery reaches the end of its useful life, REPOWERTEK's approach is to regenerate it at the right time and preserve its value for as long as possible.

PRIME is the technological foundation of REPOWERTEK's mission to build a more efficient, sustainable, and resilient battery ecosystem.
